2. Closed vulcanizing system prevents leakage of heat, effectively saves energy and reduces cost.

3. All-round steam spray device have good effect in setting and make shoes bonded better to shoe last.

4. Two-cycle wrinkle smoothing system is adopted to make better effect in wrinkle smoothing and shaping.

5. Germany advanced energy-saving system is adopted, which features stable performance, low noise and low consumption, costs 3-4 degrees of electricity per hour, and saves more than 65% of the energy compared with traditional heat shaping machine.

6. One case of shoes can be shaped within 12 minutes, it is suitable for board room and small production lines.
